Third Year started, be serious!!

I worked hard for Biochem, Microbe, Food Chem, Bioprocess and yay! i striked a not bad result. Somehow everyone seems to have satisfied results and it makes me want to get even better result for the next sem. Yup, next sem is where my third year started and my cert will be based on my best six third year units. So i really have to work super hard for it to avoid me crying or regretting during graduation. lol.

Alright, enought of the studies thingy...Letz see what i've done for the past 4 months.

1) Assignment everyday! Lab report everyday! as i got 3 lab sessions per week this sem, the workload nearly kill me ): (as usual)

2) Never thought of joining a pageant or even wining anything from there...somehow, i wanna give it a try to everything in my 21....(except drugs and suicide)...and yeah!! i did it (: special thanks to seok bee, the event organizer who called me up to ask me join this pageant, Miss MAPO Eyewear Beauty...and my besties!!!!! boey and cying!!! thanks for all the videos and photos and support!!! of cuz, ronald chan, this bf was supposed to take photo for me, but he somehow went on stage too and did a cat walk and won a prize~~ hehe...thanks thanks thanks ♥

3) The Chee Family celebrated Mother's Day in "FullHouse" at Sunway Pyramid. The set lunch comes with a very 'kau' mushroom soup, dessert, Ice Lemon Tea and a main course. Add 2 bucks only!! so worthy~ (btw, this is the first time we siblings treat parents a luxurious lunch :p)

4) My bf was annoyed by the slow traffic caused by inconsiderate drivers who drove slow slow and left big space in front of them. so he drifted all the way and squeeze through the hectic traffic so that we can make it on time for msia team in Thomas Cup. I was reading my biochem report in iPhone and since my bf car was droved in an non-proper way, i couldnt read it nicely so i stopped and started camwhored. Haha. Ka-zhak ka-zhak continuously till my bf also cant stand the paparazzi-like noise. so i started to take his drifting photos.
*Malaysia team lost badly ): but male double (Koo Kian Kiat and Tan Boon Hiong) very ohm!!

5) Lok Lok's sis is selling off her house at Gohtong Jaya. During the intermission, we went up twice to stay just for fun. I brought laptop and rush for all my assignments and lab reports while Ronald, Lok Lok and Kenny were busy gaming and mahjong and swimming. At least I went for a ping pong session and sweat!!

6) Exam Period!! study everyday!! I went to starbucks with Ronald or Metro to study. Tough time and luckily i got good result in return!! Thanks me~

7) Ronald and I shared and bought a CANON 550D as our 5th Anniversary present. We brought it everywhere we go. A week after that, we found that we need a larger memory card. So we went lowyat again to buy a 16GB mem card. We plan to upgrade the kit lens (18-55mm) to 250mm, probably next year. hehe :p

8) On the same day, Monash gang throw me a birthday celebration at TGI Friday in Pavillion and a present from Body Shop! All the TGIF staff sang a very funny and lenghty song for me. THANKS peeps. I got your a few shots with my brand new DSLR, hot from oven!! lol

9) On the next day, this is a day pre-planned by ronald and bro...first, ronald somehow made me stay at home and he went to buy materials to make a huge card for me...when he reached my house, i dunno how he cooperated with my bro to hide the card and then we camwhored awhile before we left to KL for dinner and photo taking session at KL city...at first, i was told that i'll be cutting cake with my family only but the whole gang of friends appeared in my room and yes, it's a surprised!! Tadaa~ thanks for coming peeps, thanks Ronald Chan too...this time i didnt have to ask so many times for the card...haha...thanks to BROs for gathering all friends...im HAPPY~

10) On the next day, i spent my whole exact birthday with my family and treated them a lunch at Kim Gary in Sunway Pyramid. Yay!! with my own salary!!

11) On the next day (again?! yes, i have many celebration :p), my form5 classmates celebrated my birthday at Bubba Gump at Sunway Pyramid again...hehe...many of them attended and Khai Rong presence surprised me!! Thanks again!! (hahaha, im not showing off ya, just sharing all the happiness poured on me, sincerely thank you u guys!!)

12) After few months, we finally went to RedBox to sing K and we finally met ching ying's bf. Hello, Jack~ lol...Then we went to Sri hartamas for Korean Food at DaoRae. On the way home, i can feel a hand in my stomach, squeezing my organs!! so pain~ Once i reached home, I cant actually remember how many times i'd visited the toilet. Diarrhoea session lasts for 2 days. I felt that my stomach flatten ):

13) We welcomed Tnen's gf from Taiwan and brought her to TGIF at pavillion again. She's so sweet. We all have to speak very proper mandarin whenever she's around to show our respect (:

14) Ronald and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary at FullHouse at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. We took alot photos and <3

15) Lok Lok, Tnen and Kenny helped Ronald to paint his new house. I also contributed. Im actually very proud of one piece wall that I painted. The nicest of all walls. Special thanks to lok lok, Tnen, Kenny, Kakak and Roland for the free labour service...

16) Lang Tengah Island!! Boey, Victor, Galvin, Warren, MeiJean, Sulin, Steven, Jin Hoe and Cheew. White sandy beaches. This is an awesome trip that I can never forgot, every single event made me laughed to the max!! We also discovered many facts that we never realised.

First: Other than metal music, Warren can sing oldies, perfectly~
Second: Sulin voice is perfect for english songs!
Third: Galvin always thinking bout his tummy, how many kg to lift in the gym, why study hard for science and why he always drive to club
Fourth: I actually swim very slow -.-"
Fifth: Warren is an all-time poser. When others are taking photos or doing something else, he always stone with a super cool pose! (I did captured some of the poses :p)
Sixth: Victor doesnt know anything bout gambling game, not even the way to shuffle the cards -.-"
Seventh: Warren has the smallest waist among us (Envious!!)

17) I did a photoshoot with Mr. Sherman (the photographer). The result me super LIKEY~

18) Lok Lok, Ronald and I and Tnen and his gf from Taiwan went to Malacca (2D 1N). We met my sis and her fren at least thrice in a day and another gang of CHS frenz and also Soon Chu and Chui Theng!! Malacca is so small and warm and nice! There are so so so so so so many people in Malacca during the weekend compared to weekdays. All hotels and even budget hotels are fullhouse! Finally we found a family room and moved in without hesitation. We visited Museum in Ship, Cheng Ho Memorial Cultural house, Jonker Street, Capital Satay Celup!! The next day, we shoot to Seremban to pick up Lok Lok's gf and tried out the famous Hakka Mee. After that we went to PD beaches. Then, we went to Klang for Bak Kut Teh as dinner.

On the following day, my new sem started and it was a wonderful day for me (:
Letz fight for better result!! Go gO GO GOOOO~~

Sem 1, 2010

It's a Brand New Semester again. Because of Dr.Ton, i got 3 days of 8am class. Everything was fine on the first day and I'm really feeling that it's gonna be a good year for me (:

Saga is crushed so i'm sharing dad's car with bro so we gotta leave house at 7am so that i got enough time to drop bro at INTI before i go to Monash. The stingy monash made the FOC parking lot into seasonal stuff area, indirectly forcing the students to park at the 2bux parking lot. No choice, it's my dad's big car and i cant afford to make any scratches or dents on the car so i gotta park at the safe one.

Boey, Mei-jean, steven and I bought Microbiology textbook at Monash Bookstore and entitled for lucky draw of an iPod. hahaha :D

Darling's 22nd Birthday Celebration

The funniest thing in the world: guess what i bought for my bf as birthday and valentine's day gift.

Answer: 2 sport RIMS
so swt =.=" That's the only thing he ever wanted. So I sponsored half of them to him (:
see, i'm such a good gf. LOL

So, in return, he treated me a dinner. As we had to work on the next day, he got no time to celebrate with his buddies so I called up them and we dined together at Kim Gary in Pyramid. The guys bought him a 23 Jordon jersey and a dozen of JCo. So, no birthday cake for him this year ):

I'm so sorry darlin, I didnt organize a good one for you this year, no cards, no cake because we had been seeing each other everyday and we both working and busy, and this and that. yup, i know all these are excuses. BUT, you cannot treat me the same way this year, because it's my 21 this year, i want a special one. hehe :p

Worst Working Condition!! Ever!!

Lim Kok Wing University~

(1) The most happening public concourse is not air-conditioned
(2) Almost all the girls are in Bra top, included the staff (even the Malays)
(3) too far away from the city
(4) Graffiti is too smelly
(5) Foreigners are RICH!!
(6) Superd multiracial + multicountry (I just got a new friend studying there who is a mix of Portuguese, Sri Lankan, Dutch, Chinese and German)

Siau Hwee 21st Birthday Celebration

As I have serious hatred towards people who always doesn't show up as on time as promised, so I made myself always the punctual one. This time, I arrived at Wai Yeng house at 6pm, expecting Yin Hoo to pick up both of us to Siau Hwee house because the birthday party was planned to start at 6.30pm. Expectedly, they were late. So, i made a call to Jun Zian and asking where he was at 6.30pm. He answered: 我在你心里 =.=" Apparently, they haven't move their ass off the sofa to the car seats. When they arrived, I was informed that Jun Zian forgot to bring the present he bought for Siau Hwee. swt =.="x2. SOOoo, we went back to PJ from Puchong then to Cheras at the critical traffic hectic hour. Somehow, we all find it fun to be caught in the jam because we got more time to bitch about others, especially those long lost primary friends. lol.

Finally, we arrived and our present rescued Hong Khai from loneliness because he reached at 6.30pm and was alone without friends. poor hong khai ): We were served with steamboat with bak kut teh soup. Siau Hwee mom really did an EXELLENT job in cooking and house keeping as well. Though the house is as big as a bungalow, but you can hardly find a dust at every corner. GOOD JOB mom. Furthermore, we were given an abalone each person!!

Due to the poor transportation i got, the only choice i got for me to get home is to hire RONALD CHAN as my chauffeur again. Coincidently, he was coming down from Ampang Point, so Cheras was just on the way. That also means that i gotta leave early before Siau Hwee cut the birthday cake T.T i wanna eat the cake *cry*

p.s:// Tan Siau Hwee, Happy 21st Birthday!!!!!!

House Hopping for Forever-Puchong-Gang

It's the time of the year again, we all gathered and hopping from house to house, playing, eating, mahjong-ing, rammi-ing, gossiping. This year, we got 2 special cases:
(1) Boey couldn't join us because of her late grandpa who had passed away in peace on the week right before CNY. I'm so sorry for that ):
(2) we Wii the whole afternoon+evening at Cheng Hong's house. Sorry to Boey again because you missed the fun :p

First, we gathered at Matthew house. Sis tag along because she had to meet up her friends at puchong as well later on. Everyone was surprised with the brand new style i set for sis to kick start her own personal brand new year. Let's see:

Then, we went to Paparich for lunch and sis left to her circle of friends. Due to the lack of man power during cny period, Paparich was in a mess where all you could see was tissue papers scattered evenly on the floor and no one bothers. After that, we headed to wai yeng house. Wai Yeng's mom thought me some ways to reduce cholesterol without committing to western medicines. hehe~ i need these tips.
(1) tian qi flower boiled with pu er tea
(2) chicken stew with slices of tian qi
When I went up to wai yeng's room to harvest my vege in "Country Story" :p, Cheng Hong arrived and we changed place to his house. and we never knew, his house is a paradise for a variety of gamers such as mahjong and rammi gamers like me, Wii gamers like all of us and cny biscuits eater because those biscuits were homemade by his mom. Whille waiting for the rain to stop, we continued with the Wii and spent almost the whole afternoon+evening there.
gamers' results conclusion:
Winner:
Wai yeng - washing clothings
Me -  Swimming, VolleyBall
Kian Yung - Singing (something like 02jam)
Ching Ying -  Mario Car Racing
Cheng Hong - VolleyBall
Matthew - VolleyBall

Once the rain stopped, we went to Ching Ying's house and started to play "bluff" with the cards. Pei Nee was the winner!! HooRay~ *lame* Then, we packed dinner and brought to my house. we continued Rammi again~ Coincidently, sis and her friends came to visit my house too. at that moment, my house was so crowded...Finally, the 1 day Trip ended at 12am. Happy Chinese New Year again (:

Tradition of the CHEE

My family tradition is to meet up with dad side family on the first day, spent a night at big uncle house because we gotta pray and cooked for ancestors. I guess this is the tradition for “Kuang Xi” people to pray their ancestors on the second day of cny. As we were having the reunion dinner, dad proposed the plan of leaving the house at 8am tomorrow. Non of the children would take that seriously because we all know that it’s impossible for parents to get ready by the early hour. Still, I woke up at 7.15am to check out, to avoid being scold on the first day of cny in case they really managed to make it. But then, hmmm~ yes, non of them were awake so I turn back to bed again :p

Around 9am, I woke up again and being informed by sis that my 舅舅 and family and三姨 were taking lunch with us before we hit the road. Well, I’m so ok with it because it’s like a yearly thing that my dad would cook 10 dishes that could be kept for a week because it was too much food. As usual, we had great time sharing jokes and chit-chatting and cam-whoring. Yes, you can see that my whole family has great relationship with them because they are really nice people and playful. We have no worries to say anything we want, we criticize, we scold, we advice, we praise, we teach, we laugh to each other. And this is what I see as a family. Even the far-related relatives, they are sincere in appreciating us for paying them a visit at least once a year. Even though we are not closed with them but they still could give me a feeling of big family bonding.

Somehow, the same story doesn’t apply to the father side family. Most of them are impolite, hidung ter-tinggi and the children of them also learning what the adults are behaving. They might be chit-chatting and laughing in front of you, but you know that they’re talking back at you too. I’m referring this to the 大伯 family only. I’m fine with 二伯 and 三伯 because we always stay in their houses whenever we go to Singapore. They’re sincere enough. Talking about all the brothers, 五叔 is good, cute and responsible man, but I don’t really like his wife. She’s a good mom but definitely a fake person. I remembered when I was still a kid, I overheard she talked to大伯’s daughter bout the bad of my family. Second hating-story, sis was still a kid and she was wondering the ability of the fishes in the aquarium whether they eat people like the one in the horror moive. The fake lady laughed and asked sis to put her fingers in it to test whether it bites or not. Now, my family definitely became richer now and they still at the same financial stage like 10 years ago. I’m not teasing them for being poor like old time or insulting them at all. I’m not humble in admitting that we’re richer than them because I don’t need to deny bout it at all, you can see it by your eyes. What I’m trying to emphasize here is the fact that my family has got richer nowadays and they still not there yet. Because of this reason, they think that we are like billionaires when they came to my open house 2 years ago. Although my house is just a normal semi-D in KL, not superb spacious like how they described. They must be thinking that to own such a big house in the insufficient land of Kl city must be a billionaire. So the next time when we went to their house, her attitude to us changed dramatically, and 180oC. Her tone was superb polite and she was treating us like Prime minister. Sigh~ faker, you really don’t need to do all these nuts and silly act. Though we’re living in a better house, higher standard of living, it doesn’t mean that we’ll feel hard or irritating to stay in your house. We’ve been through the poverty, we know how is it like and we never forgot, so that we won’t let ourselves to go back to that stage again. FYI, I’m really feeling comfy even I’m in a wooden house. Believe it or not, I don’t really mind what’s in your head. Yes, I’m mean to you guys too. I said Hi and smile broadly, but I actually don’t mean it (:

Alright, I know I promised not to bitch bout others anymore. But I didn’t  bitch bout them this year, All these were bitched last year and I’m just writing it here to keep you guys immortal with the real attitude you’re behaving from 10 years ago till now.

Khai Rong’s Farewell Gathering

Everyone at my age is leaving this year, mostly to Australia. Keat Hong left last year to Waterloo, now Khai Rong is leaving to Clayton. The yam char kaki leaving the gang one by one. Hmmm.

Quest list:
Zheng Wei, Wen Yew, Yoke Wah, Wai Foong, Kay Hong, Yew Chuan, Wen Chuan, Alvin, Yuan Xiang, Chan Yan, Kok Jet and Leah Yee.

We ordered Yu Shang and every year, they managed to put out some funny wishes like:

1) Hope aussie dollar will rise

2) Hope Sheow Pin will get fatter.

Swt =.=’

Jaffrine's 44th Birthday Celebration

To Siau Zha Bo,

Hey old lady, u're turning 44 this year. All the best and high road all the way to the singing championship. Nah, i bought a GERMAN cheese cake for her from King's Confectionary at SS2. Why ss2, because that particular bakery house is offering 40% storewide till 23 feb.

Date: 2nd Feb 2010

年三十晚

With concern of health, starting on last year, dad decided to make the reunion dinner as lunch instead of dinner.   As usual, he cooked 10 dishes to represent 十全十美  which must includes fish, chicken, duck, sausage + shun, abalone + hou si + fa chai, lotus peanut pork rib soup, char siew, siew yuk,  sea cucumber braised pork and prawn.

After that, I helped dad to dye hair. Yes, I’m like the panel saloon girl for the CHEE family. For dad case, the result is kinda special because the colourant was bought from Singapore with a sticker mentioning approved by Singapore government. It’s less hazardous to human body I guess. I’m not sure bout it. Funny: dad hair came out RED…much much lighter than my red. Guess my dad is the most IN uncle now…LOL

This is too fat...hmmm...no good
Damn, this is toooooo delicious

Teddy~ watching us eating so much!! You always looks so innocent. MuackszZ

Nokia N96

The moment before the car accident happened, Ronald just bought a Nokia N96. I'm so sorry that you got no time to explore the phone but to running up and down for me.

Yes, it's not iPhone 3GS which is loved by everyone now. We are actually waiting for iPhone with 4G and video call feature. So, Nokia N96 is a not-so-bad option. We love the big screen, large internal memory 16GB, large caller image and Garmin GPS. However, the keypad is too hard for us, not so good for our fingers when texting.

Bumper Car

One of the beauty centre offers me a photoshoot session so that they can use my photos for advertising purpose. Of course, they pay me for that shoot too. Before the shoot, I must go for the free treatment they offered to me so that I can comment on the result. I was wondering why they don’t advertise the real client, and then I was informed that most of the client doesn’t wanna let others know that they’ve undergone these treatments, especially those who hide it from husband or bf.

On Tuesday morning, right after the treatment I did at Taipan, I drove to Kepong for the photoshoot. Unfortunately, my car ski and spinned on the flyover which is the link to connect federal highway and LDP near Western Digital. After my car turning 720 degrees, it bang the side stone like bumper car. I was stunned and did nothing. I was just holding the steering and didn’t brake at all. I don’t know what was in my mind, probably just BLANK. The car wasn’t moving fast at that moment because that time the road was half jammed, so it actually slowly bang the front part first then back part. If I did brake once it ski, it’ll stop and definitely won’t bang on anything. I just don’t know what was in my mind. What’s good out of the worst is, the lost control car didn’t bang others car or people. Most importantly, my car didn’t fell from the small flyover!!

I stunned for few minutes and slowly moved my body to check whether I was injured. No one bothers to come down to help me. Malaysians!! I was scared enough and my entire body turned hot. I slowly drive it to aside and went down to see the car condition. It’s a piece of waste metal now and some liquid is leaking. I didn’t know what kind of liquid was that so I stopped the engine. What scared me again was I couldn’t find my handphone, everything in the car messed up. After 10 minutes of searching, I managed to find the handphone and made a call to Ronald, and parents. Of course I was scolded. While waiting for them, my tears keep bursting off and I really didn’t know why. Once my parents reached, I hold the tears and explained what was happened. Then, once Ronald reached, my tears automatically drained again. Yes, I’m too tough in front of parents and friends, and soften in front of bf.

After we left police station, Ronald brought me back to the accident point to investigate the cause of the spinning car. It was just how I expected, the road has a thick layer of sand, stones and dust.

Glad that my whole body still intact and no one was hurt. Thanks to guan yin (:

15” inches Sport Rims

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and my bf’s birthday is coming too. Luckily this year, Valentine’s Day falls on the first day of CNY, we don’t need to squeeze our head to create romantic outings or what present to buy. For the memory purpose, I demanded a branded shampoo and conditioner from him and I bought him another set branded shampoo too…hahahahaha…simple and nice (:

But, for his birthday present, he demanded a set brand new sports rims. Only for the reason that he managed to sell off the old rims to a guy in Penang, if not, I don’t think that I’ll let him change the rims :p he surveyed many workshops to compare the price and finally decided to consider the workshops in shah alam and klang.
Early morning, we went to shah alam and sadly, the patterns are not many but price is beautiful. So, we went to Klang and before reaching the workshop, we stopped by a restaurant to enjoy my bf’s favourite – Bak kut the. He’s definitely a meat eater, like animal :p

At Jalan Kapar, there’s a big workshop selling I dunno how many thousands patterns of sport rims in different inches. Finally, he found his favourite rims and of course both of us forced the uncle for discounts :p
The funniest part is, he used approximately half an hour to choose between black and bronze colour. Upon my advice and opinions from calvin, he finally chose the black one. *at least it doesn’t look lala*

Yup, it is a happy day for Ronald Chan Eng Thong!!

i would prefer the chrome one but that is way too expensive...bf, i'll buy you that next time k?

Renovated Bukit Kemuning Golf Club

Since I was young, around the age of 7 or 8, parents often brought us to this club house for swimming purpose only. I remembered that we had the balloon thingy on our arms and dad thought us to swim in the adult pool that I couldn’t land my legs on anything but just water. Still, sis, bros and I had so much fun on just splashing water towards each others, creating our unique swimming styles like: tolongzhuan (hokkien+mandarin=meaning: turning), dog style which  are still practicing by the CHEE now. LOL

As we grown up, 24 hours doesn’t seem enough for us anymore. We used to make so much noise or even cried when the rain poured and we couldn’t go for swimming. Till last Sunday, I made up my mind to pay a visit to the club house because it is renovated lately and from what my sis told me, it is better than her expectation.

This time, we didn’t go there with the whole family, but only my sis, little bro and I. On the way there, many houses, or I should say bungalows and semi Ds are built on the “jungle” used to be area. I guess this definitely add on to the value of the club house *luckily my dad bought the membership long years ago*grind :D*

The only thing that I don’t like is that they charge for every service and even we’re the member, we only enjoy the “not-so-cheaper” rate. We paid RM15 for 1 hour badminton session. Somehow, it is worth because the in-door badminton courts are newly built and the parquet floor is clean and not dusty. Besides, we can actually occupy the courts for the whole afternoon because not so many players actually know bout this place.

After that, we went to the new gym room and found that all machines are new!! And those machines are from Sports Art *expensive* I especially love the track mills, bicycle, weight lifting machines. I know I always complain but I really gotta complain bout this. Due to the reason that they don’t want vandalism to happen inside the gym room, they used 100% see through glass on one of the side of the gym room facing the golf field where the sun shines exactly on it at the evening hour. *idiotism*

Then, we changed and jumped into the Jacuzzi first. I realized that the water they used for the pool is actually salt water. *good one* Bro and I started to do a lot of posing in the adult pool and sis snapped them. I especially love the yoga style I did in the pool though I looked damn fat, I know ):

Along the walking path to parking lot, there is a small playground. Yes, we remembered it very well. We used to climb on this thingy which was seemed so giant to us has now became a small lousy plastic piece to us. Yea, we really grown up.
