Dear Blog,
I know i'd abandoned you for such a long time, i'm sorry because i've been through tiring working weeks, hence, i seriously didnt have much time to write more blogs. After 3 weeks of jobless and relaxing holidays, Ronald and i went back on track to work for Maxis Corporate Business Value Plan. We started at ABB for 3 days, followed by 2 days in GICC and 3 days in Public Mutual.
ABB was totally a mess because the HR manager did not explained bout their own policy for staffs' call bills. On the first day, everyone was attracted to the free phones and hence signed up to BVP 150 since their company is covering RM150 for them. On the next day, they came back to change their plan to BVP 80 and BVP 50 *swt* the stupid reason was HR said their call bills will be monitored for 3 months and if they did not spend up to RM 150, they have to downgrade their plan and according to Maxis policy, they have to pay for the penalty if they downgrade or terminate plan before the 2 years contract ends. Many of them keep asking how much the company is covering for their call bills. I was thinking: how the hell i'm gonna know, go check yourself laaaa since different position has different cap - it's common sense k?! One of the troublesome lady staff did not make clear of the whole situation and put out brainless statements: you maxis people should have make clear of our company policy before you come so that you know which plan is more suitable for everyone of us. Aunty!! you as a consumer and ABB staff, you should know your own company policy and my job is just to clear all your doubts bout Maxis plans. You have brain, you should know how to analyze and differentiate which plan suits you the most. Furthermore, we'd made it very clear that we'll submit all the applications on the next day before 12pm to avoid delays in plan switching and phone delivery. Still, some applicants wanted to change or terminate their plans after a week. *grrrr* Even Maxis dealer doesnt wanna entertain all these unreasonable applicants and asked Ronald to tell them: Further inquiries, please call Maxis Helpline - 123. Thanks for your cooperation.
