Non-surgical Eye Bag Treatment by Premier Clinic

As some of you may have already know that I am getting married by end of the year and what's bothering me the most is how to look pretty and energetic on the actual wedding day. This is because I always have eye bag problem that makes many people thinks that I look tired, or I must not have enough sleep for like, 5000 years? 

Then I have came to know about Premier Clinic from a very beautiful friend of mine when I was complaining about eye bag problem to her. She introduced a non-surgical and non-invasive eye bag treatment with short down time to me as she knows that I'm afraid to go under the knife. 

Since the doctors from Premier Clinic are providing FREE consultation, without further ado, I made the first visit to Premier Clinic at Bangsar branch and this is how it looks like:

While waiting, I read through the informative sharing by one of their resident doctor, Dr. Chen Tai Ho who is also a columnist in THE STAR newspaper.

During consultation, Dr. Kee Yong Seng examined my face and suggested suitable treatments for me. Then he explained in details on the treatment choices for my area of concern, which is my eyebag. Yes, I'm referring to my eyebag without the "s" because I have a obvious eye bag under my right eye and a silkworm [臥蠶] under my left eye. This explains why I only take photos with my left face to deal with this imbalance big small eyes.

 As this is my very first aesthetic treatment and I am skeptical with going under the knife or any fillers, Dr. Kee recommended a non-surgical eyebag treatment without any foreign materials insertion into my skin, which is done by AGNES machine using radio-frequency to destroy the fat cells under the eye in order to reduce the puffiness. Once the fat cells are destroyed, the puffiness will slowly subside and the speed is depending on each individual body condition on how fast the body reacts to destroyed cells. Generally, it takes 1-2 months to observe a distinctive result.

This is a very unglam photos of me without wearing any make up and editing to show you how the actual results look like on me. As I mentioned, the results is very depending on the body condition of each individuals. 

 Before treatment:

- Imbalance eye bag; right eye is having double layer of eyebag due to genetic inheritance (in order words, it can't be solve by any skincare)

Anesthetic cream (numbing cream):

- As it may hurt a little when radio-frequency is applied on skin, anesthetic cream will help to minimize the pain. 

- Dr. Kee injected some anesthetic liquid as well because I was very worried to feel any pain.

- No worries, you will only feel some tingling sensation during the treatment and it only took less than 5 minutes.

After treatment:

- Immediate redness due to the radio-frequency applied.

1 Hr Later:

- Redness subsides but slight swollen observed. 

- It seemed to swell more on the next day morning but it subsides later in the afternoon (forgot to take photo).

2 Days Later:

- Blue-black appeared because blood vessels was too near the anesthetic liquid injection site. 

- The blue-black spot subsides after a week.

- You may not have this problem as Dr. Kee said it can be avoided if your blood vessels are easy to observe.

- There are a number of small dots at the eye corner, those were for skin tightening purpose. However, I do not recommend the additional skin tightening treatment if your under eye skin has no serious sagging problem because the dots take longer time to subsides.

4 Days Later:

- The double layer of eyebag under my right eye is slightly lighten.

- This is due to reduction in puffiness which is more obvious if you observe it from the side view.

- Take note on the reduced puffiness indicated by the arrow in the below photo. 

I am very happy with the results as it seems like silkworm is indirectly created, it's a bonus to me, Yay! I'm expecting to see more eyebag reduction in terms of puffiness as I mentioned earlier, it takes 1-2 months to see a distinctive result. As for now, I can take my wedding photos from more angles and people will not keep asking me "why you always looks so tired?"

On a side note, Dr. Kee is very patient-oriented to explain all the pros and cons of each available aesthetic treatments and manage my fears on the safety issues and my expectation on the results.
